The boy group WayV made their U.S. debut at KCON 2023 in Los Angeles. They kicked off the Friday show with the official KCON theme song "Poppia," followed by a sultry fan favorite, "Love Talk," and their most recent single, "Phantom," released in December. Despite the absence of their leader Kun, the other members made their highly anticipated U.S. debut, drawing enthusiastic cheers from their devoted fans, known as Wayzennies.

In a separate act, WayV's Ten was accompanied by his fellow NCT member, Taeyong. Together, they mesmerized the audience with their captivating 2018 duet, "Baby Don't Stop.” It's worth noting that this iconic duo is also part of the cross-label boy band, SuperM, and their reunion on stage marked one of the standout moments during KCON's day one concert.

While this was only WayV’s first appearance in the U.S., in general, the group have only recently been experiencing their first ventures outside of Asia. Prior to KCON, WayV held their first ever Europe shows which was part of their fan meeting tour ‘Phantom.’
