NCT 127 wrapped up their North American tour at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on March 12th, delivering a high-energy show packed with cinematic elements and dynamic performances.
The concert opened with an action-packed VCR, depicting the members breaking into a vault, setting the tone for an adrenaline-fueled night. Emerging on stage in sleek stealth gear, they launched into their first song “Gas,” captivating the audience with powerful rap verses and intense choreography. The momentum continued with “Faster” and “Bring the Noize” as the group moved to the extended stage. MARK hyped up the crowd with a resounding, “LA, are you ready?” while DOYOUNG, one of the main vocalists, stunned fans with an unexpected rap verse. The entire arena chanted along to “2 Baddies,” with YUTA further rallying fans and DOYOUNG delivering an impressive high note.
A cinematic VCR continued the vault-break storyline before the group returned for “Skyscrapers,” shedding their jackets and amplifying the energy. The song’s addictive rap chorus and smooth R&B vocals, particularly from DOYOUNG, HAECHAN, and JUNGWOO, made it a standout moment. They seamlessly transitioned into “Chain,” where HAECHAN also surprised fans with a rap verse.
Taking a brief intermission, the members greeted the audience, with JUNGWOO leading the group's introductions. JOHNNY reflected on their last visit to LA during KCON, and HAECHAN shared his wish for fans to “have a lot of fun and enjoy the night with no regrets.” MARK and YUTA promised an unforgettable show, while DOYOUNG declared it the “hottest” stop of the tour. JOHNNY playfully suggested turning every concert into a karaoke session, encouraging fans to sing along to every song.
The show resumed with “Designer,” featuring a playful moment where members styled each other in coats and jackets, adding charm to the performance. Next, the jazz-infused “Orange Seoul” and smooth R&B ballad “TOUCH” allowed fans to sing along, with HAECHAN even holding out his mic to capture the audience’s voices. Stunning golden streamers and choreographed interactions on the catwalk created a picturesque scene.
The next VCR transitioned into a darker, but still high-energy sequence, leading into “No Clue,” “Pricey,” and the English version of “Regular.” The entire arena joined in on the lyrics, while “Pricey” paid homage to Michael Jackson’s stage attire and choreography. “Regular” showcased each member’s unique personality and dance style, featuring freestyle segments. “Sticker” highlighted NCT 127’s signature blend of rap and vocals, enhanced by a hypnotic whistle and dynamic dance breaks.
During another brief intermission, the members noted that the LA crowd seemed to be the most energetic of the tour. JOHNNY then teased the audience about the upcoming “sexy” number, “Whiplash” which prompted loud cheers. The song, driven by an upbeat trap beat, featured impressive dance breaks.
The concert then shifted in tone, beginning with “Rain Drop,” where a rainy stage backdrop, umbrellas, and raincoats set an atmospheric scene. This was followed by “Can’t Help Myself,” “Gold Dust,” and “No Longer,” which showcased the group’s vocal prowess through harmonious R&B and ballad performances. “Gold Dust” was particularly mesmerizing, with disco balls scattering silver light throughout the arena.
The energy surged again as the members changed into punk-inspired outfits, donning studded and customized moto jackets. “Kick It” became one of the night’s biggest highlights, featuring intense choreography, enthusiastic fan chants, and DOYOUNG’s soaring high note. “Fact Check” concluded the main segments of the show with power and passion, with impressive footwork and JOHNNY commanding, “LA, scream!”
As fans eagerly awaited the encore, the arena lit up with waves of light sticks. The group returned in matching cargo jeans for “Walk,” a hip-hop track with fun choreography. The night drew to a close with a final intermission where the members expressed their gratitude towards fans. MARK and DOYOUNG joked about restarting the concert from the top, while JOHNNY shared a reflective moment on finding happiness and staying connected with fans. MARK and DOYOUNG also gave a special shoutout to their team and teased MARK’s upcoming solo debut. HAECHAN thanked fans for their patience in waiting for the group’s return, while YUTA affectionately called fans “cute” and expressed his deep appreciation. JUNGWOO closed by saying the group would continue to work hard to deliver great performances and bring joy to their fans.
The emotional final performance, “Promise You,” served as a bright and cheerful send-off, with the group promising to return. Members took fans’ phones from the audience to record special videos, with HAECHAN making an effort to reach as many fans as possible. After three bows, the group left the stage, with MARK wishing everyone a safe journey home, and HAECHAN lingered a moment longer, giving a final thumbs-up.
From breathtaking performances to heartfelt speeches, NCT 127’s final stop in LA was a marvelous celebration of their music, energy, and connection with fans. Despite JAEHYUN’s absence, they ensured he was included in videos and songs, further emphasizing their unity. As the members exited the stage, NCTzens were left buzzing with excitement, eagerly awaiting NCT 127’s next return.
