Jin, a member of 21-st century pop icons BTS, releases his first solo album, Happy. In this new project, Jin is offering fans a fresh perspective, one that showcases a side of him not seen during his time with BTS. The album features a sound that blends his distinct musical style with strong rock influences, emphasizing his individuality as an artist.
Happy was crafted with the goal of spreading positivity and joy, inviting listeners on a shared journey toward happiness. Jin has frequently spoken about the importance of happiness, both personally and as a core value for the members of BTS. Through this album, he aims to provide strength and comfort, offering an uplifting escape from the challenges of daily life. Jin hopes that, in doing so, his music will inspire listeners to find joy and appreciate the value of happiness. The album includes six tracks: "Running Wild," "I'll Be There," "Another Level," "Falling," "Heart on the Window" (with WENDY), and "I Will Come to You."
“Running Wild”

The main track of Happy radiates infectious energy, exuding joy, warmth, and passion. Co-produced by Gary Barlow of the legendary British rock band Take That, the single features a distinctive new wave sound. Jin's vocals, which shift seamlessly from soothing low tones to soaring falsettos in the hook, amplify the song's emotional impact, inspiring listeners to push forward with determination, as if they can overcome any challenge, no matter the cost.
“I’ll Be There”

A pre-release track, dropped on October 25 ahead of the album's official release, was written by American singer-songwriter MAX. The song blends rock and roll with elements of country music, creating a fast-paced rhythm and a catchy hook that is sure to have listeners humming along. With its upbeat energy and Jin's playful delivery, the track aims to bring joy and comfort to those who may be feeling disheartened or alone.
“Another Level”

“Falling”

This modern rock song, infused with J-pop vibes, explores the theme of deepening love. This track features Taka and Toru of the renowned Japanese band ONE OK ROCK. Combined with Taka’s lyrical talents and Toru’s exceptional guitar skills the song makes it relatable to everyone.
“Heart on the Window (with WENDY)”

This track features WENDY of the K-pop girl group Red Velvet, whose vocals harmonize beautifully with Jin's to create an emotionally charged sound that amplifies the impact of the song's poignant lyrics. “I will come to you”
