Korean boy group A.C.E, which stands for Adventure Calling Emotions, debuted in 2017 with their single ‘Cactus’. The group comprises five members: JUNHEE, DONGHUN, WOW, BYEONGKWAN, and YUCHAN.  A.C.E has been in the K-pop industry for seven years and is known for their talented vocals, producing many viral cover songs and choreography.  On May 26, 2024, A.C.E announced  ‘Supernatural’, their third special single which included all the members since the youngest, YUCHAN, had finished his mandatory military service in February.  To celebrate their reunion, the group embarked on their 2024 US tour [REWIND US] to commemorate this momentous occasion with CHOICE—the name given to A.C.E’s fans—who patiently waited for all five members to return. 

The audience was filled with eager CHOICE ready to be reunited with all of A.C.E.  As the lights dimmed, the crowd went wild as A.C.E took the stage, donning robes that may be an homage to their prior Eastern-inspired concept.  The opening act featured songs such as ‘Changer’, ‘Supernatural’, and ‘Facetime,’ where leader JUNHEE and main dancer WOW showcased their charismatic charm by performing challenging choreography with smiles on their faces. 

All-rounder BYEONGKWAN shared that their schedule before the tour was hectic as they produced a music video, worked on an album, and prepared the concert setlist.  However, despite their packed schedule, the group created a concert set list tailored to songs requested by CHOICE and cover songs that varied for the different stops throughout the tour.  The songs covered at the LA stop were ‘GODS’ by NewJeans and ‘Cruel Summer’ by Taylor Swift, showcasing the group's vocal talents, especially main vocalists DONGHUN and YUCHAN, who hit every high note with ease. 

The group revealed they will have a comeback soon and even showed fans a spoiler of what is to come.  BYEONGKWAN promised fans that whoever could do the comeback dance challenge perfectly would receive a restaurant coupon.  As a thank-you to CHOICE for their support over the past seven years, A.C.E prepared heart-felt voice messages for CHOICE.  The last time the group was in LA was four years ago; it was touching to see CHOICE, who had attended the concert then, reunited with the group once again.  A.C.E promised that they would return to LA before the year ended. 

LA CHOICE will be ready to support the hardworking and talented group A.C.E in their future endeavors.  The concert was an unforgettable blend of talent and pure joy. It was clear to see that they have incredible talent and love every moment of performing for CHOICE.  With A.C.E’s infectious energy performing as a whole group, this show is a must-see.
